摘要
本文是根据15项指标对应聘者进行初选的职位应聘问题。通过建立定量评价48位应聘者的层次分析模型,对48位应聘者和15项指标进行分层,构造出判断矩阵,再找出各层之间的权向量,并对其一致性进行检验,最后得到组合权向量,用Matlab软件对数据处理后即可筛选出前6名应聘者。
This essay is about the matters of employment objective based on 15 indexes to emplyees when they are in primary elections.First, the mode according to building quantitations is analyzd to evaluate the 48 employees' different levels.Then the 48 empoyees and the 15 indexes are classified to structure judging matrixes,so as to find out the weight vector in each layers and check its consistency .Finally,find the weight vector and then select the top 6 employees after the data processing of Matlab.
