摘要
为解决步兵分队登陆作战决心方案评价中面临的多目标决策问题以及弥补层次分析法(AHP)、效用理论、三标度法(TMP)和非结构模糊决策方法(NSFDM)在解决此类问题上的某些局限性,提出了三标度改进方法(TMEP)。在论述了该方法的决策过程和步骤后,以步兵分队登陆作战决心方案评价为例,着重分析了TMEP方法在决心方案评价中的应用。其分析结果表明:相对于AHP、TMP和NSFDM方法,TMEP方法在构建判断矩阵时层次更加清晰,也更易于通过一致性检验,且矩阵元素权重确定更加简洁和合理,同时计算量相对也比较小。因此,该方法是解决步兵分队登陆作战决心方案评价和类似的多目标决策问题的一种有效方法。
To solve the problems of multi-objective decision-making existing in infantry unit decision scheme evolution in landing operation, and to overcome the limitations of the AHP, the multi-factors value, the three-marked process(TMP), and the non-structural fuzzy decision method(MSFDM), a three-marked extended process was present. After describing the decision-making process and procedure, as an example of infantry unit decision scheme evolution in landing operation, the application of TMEP in decision scheme evaluation was analyzed. And the study indicates that, compared with AHP, TMP and NSFDM, when TMEP is utilized to establish the judgment matrix, the matrix is easier to pass the consistency checking and its hierarchy is clearer, and the weight-making of its factors is more succinct and logical, meanwhile, the calculation quantity of TMEP is less. Therefore, the process is an effective approach to dealing with infantry unit decision scheme evaluation in landing operation or other similar multi-objective decision making problems.
