摘要
[目的]对生地黄色素的抑菌活性进行研究。[方法]以生地黄为原料,乙醇为萃取剂提取生地黄色素,利用平板打孔法和连续二倍稀释法分别考察生地黄色素对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、酿酒酵母、产朊假丝酵母和黑曲霉的抑菌活性及最低抑菌浓度。[结果]生地黄色素对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌均有一定的抑菌活性,最低抑菌浓度分别为0.0625、0.0312、0.0312g/ml,对酿酒酵母和产朊假丝酵母没有抑菌作用,对黑曲霉的生长有着复杂的影响。[结论]生地黄色素在作为活性天然色素方面具有一定的开发利用价值。
[ Objective] The research aimed to study the inhibitory activity of pigment from dry Rehmannia root. [ Method ] Dry Rehmannia root was taken as raw material and the pigment was extracted by alcohol. Antibacterial activity and minimal inhibitory concentration against Escherichia coli,Staphflococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Aspergillus niger, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Candida utilis were studied by plat stiletto method and duple diluent method separately. [ Result ] The results showed that pigment from dry Rehmannia root had inhibitory activity on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis and minimal inhibitory concentration were 0.062 5 g/ml, 0. 031 2 g/ml, 0.031 2 g/ml separately. However, pigment from dry Rehmannia root had no similar activity on Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Candida utilis and had complex impact on the growth of Aspergillus niger. [ Conclusion] Pigment from dry Rehmannia root had certain development and utilization value when used as active natural pigment.
