摘要
目的:对鲜地黄色素的稳定性进行初步研究。方法:用分光光度法测定色素溶液在不同环境下的吸光度,以外观变化和吸光度的大小比较色素的稳定性,结果:用无水乙醇超声提取的鲜地黄色素在碱性条件下稳定,紫外线和还原剂对其稍有影响,高温、氧化剂及几种金属离子对色素有较大影响。结论:鲜地黄中的黄色素在一定条件下稳定,具有一定的开发利用价值。
The fresh glutinous of rehmannia pigment extraction and its stability were studied. The glutinous rehmannia's fresh block root which was taken as raw material was extracted by supersonic method with purified ethanol, and the absorption of pigment solution under different environment was tested with spectrophotometric method, the pigment stability was weighed by the luminosity and the outward appearance change. The fresh glutinous rehmannia pigment which was extracted by supersonic method with purified ethanol was stable under alkalinity condition, and was influenced slightly by the ultraviolet ray and the reducing agent, but high temperature, the oxidant and several kind of metal ions had a more tremendous influence on it. The fresh glutinous rehmannia's yellow pigment which is stable under certain condition, has certain development value.
