摘要
以丁香、藿香作为植物源杀菌剂的筛选,并作最小抑制浓度的测试。使用平板打孔法对丁香、藿香四种不同溶剂的八种提取物进行抑菌活性筛选,并作最小抑制浓度测定。结果表明丁香各种提取液对芸豆灰霉病菌的抑制作用优于藿香,其中丁香95%乙醇、丙酮、乙醚提取物对芸豆灰霉病具有较强的抑制作用,通过固体培养法得到三者的最小抑菌浓度依次为0.125g/mL、0.125g/mL、0.25g/mL。
Taking Syzygium aromaticum and Agastache rugosus as the screening of botanical fungicide solvent,and conducts the minimum inhibition concentration assay.Screening studies on fungistasis of eight extractions from Syzygium aromaticum and Agastache rugosus with four different solvents were assayed with the disk diffusion method and also did the minimum inhibition concentration test.The results showed that inhibitory effect of each extraction from Syzygium aromaticum with organic solvents on kidney bean grey mold fungus is better than that from Agastache rugosus.Among them,the extractions from Syzygium aromaticum with 95% ethanol,acetone and diethyl ether have stronger inhibitory effect on kidney bean grey mold,with a minimum inhibition concentration of 0.125g/mL,0.125g/mL and 0.25g/mL respectively.
