摘要 [目的]优化小球藻培养条件,以提高小球藻生物量。[方法]在无菌培养条件下,对影响小球藻生长的主要营养因素Na2CO3、NaNO3、KH2PO4和MgSO4等进行了单因素和正交试验优化。[结果]微量元素和pH值对小球藻的生长有非常明显的影响,优化培养基配方为:Na2CO30.02g/L,NaNO32.0g/L,KH2PO40.02g/L,MgSO40.1g/L,环境条件为pH值6.0。[结论]该研究为扩大培养小球藻提供依据。 [ Objective ] The growth condition of ChloreUa spp was optimized to increase its biomass. [ Method ] Under the aseptic culture condi- tion, major nutritional factors for Chlorella spp growth, such as Na2 CO3 , NAN03, KH2PO4 and MgSO4 were optimized. [ Result ] Trace elements and pH value bad a prominent influence on the growth of Chlorella. Optimized culture medium program was as follows:Na2CO3 0.02 g/L,NaNO3 2.0 g/L, KH2 PO4 0.02 g/L, MgSO4 0.1 g/L and ambient conditions of pH value 6.0. [ Conclusion ] The research could provide basis for the extension of the cultivation of Chlorella spp.
