摘要 单细胞绿藻在水产养殖、环境保护、人类健康食品和重要生命活性物质生产等众多领域的研究与应用得到不断扩展,而如何高效培养出超高细胞浓度小球藻来满足各个应用领域的需要是我国亟待解决的藻类生物技术关键课题。主要针对小球藻的异养培养和重要生命活性物质的生产等方面的国内外最新研究进展进行了综述,并对重要的研究领域进行了展望。 The research and application of uricellular green microalgae in many fields of aquiculture, protection of environment, human health food and the production of biological active substances have been increased rapidly, however how to culture Chlorella sp with very high cell density to meet the need of every application field is a key project in the field of microalgal biotechnology. Here the research advances in the effective heterotrophic culture of Chlorella sp and the production of biological active substances are reviewed, and some promising research fields in Chlorella sp are prospected.
