摘要
从制造企业竞争力的内涵和影响因素出发,着重探讨了竞争力评价指标筛选、权重确定和综合评价的方法。在评价方法上,首先通过专家调查法确定主观权重,然后利用熵权法确定客观权重。在此基础上,进行无量纲和趋同化处理,通过主客观权重的合理结合即组合权重评价法构建了相应的评价模型。最后,根据各个评价因素的取值来评判整个制造企业的竞争力。
The connotation and influencing factors of manufacturing enterprise competitive strength are analyzed.The emphasis is concentrated on the methods to select indices,ascertain weights,and deter-mine overall evaluation result.First,subjective weights are determined with expert investigation method.Then,objective weights are determined with entropy weight method.Then,using dimensionless method and convergence processing,the corresponding evaluation model is established by combining the subjective and objective weights.Finally,based on the evaluation model,the entire manufacturing enterprise competitive strength is evaluated.
