摘要
本文从知识经济时代知识对企业竞争力的作用以及核心能力理论提出的以知识为基础的核心能力对企业竞争力的作用两个方面分析入手，提出了以知识为基础的核心能力将是企业在知识经济时代生存和发展的最根本源泉。由此，本文分析了知识的特征和载体，以及核心能力积累和激活的机制。
This paper discusses the role of knowledge to firm's competence and that of knouledge-based core competence to improve firm's sustainable competitive advantages. tonclusively, this paper considers that the knowledge-based core competenoe is the most critical resource for firm's existence and development during knowledge-based economy. Then, the carriers and characteristics of knowledge are analyzed, and the accumulative igsiem and the reactivation mechanism of form's core competence are enamined.
