山药多糖对4周大强度训练大鼠T淋巴细胞亚群和NK细胞的影响 被引量:9

The Effect of Pioscorea Opposita Thunb Polysaccharide on the T-Lymphocyto Subsets and NK Cell of the Rats in Four Weeks High Intensity Training

摘要 目的:观察山药多糖干预对4周大强度训练大鼠外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和脾NK细胞功能的影响。方法:将雄性SD大鼠随机分为安静对照组、单纯运动组、山药多糖运动组,单纯运动组和山药多糖运动组进行大强度训练,山药多糖运动组每天补充山药多糖,安静对照组和单纯运动组补充等量的生理盐水。结果:单纯运动组大鼠CD3+%、CD4+%、CD4+/CD8+比值明显低于安静对照组(P<0.01),CD8+%无明显变化(P>0.05),单纯运动组NK细胞的活性明显低于安静对照组(P<0.01)。山药多糖运动组的CD3+%(P<0.05)、CD4+%(P<0.01)、CD4+/CD8+比值(P<0.05)明显高于单纯运动组,CD8+%无明显变化(P>0.05),山药多糖运动组NK细胞的活性明显高于单纯运动组(P<0.05)。结论:长时间大强度运动使机体的免疫功能受到抑制,而山药多糖能明显拮抗大强度运动引起的免疫抑制。 Objective :To investigate the effects of pioseorea opposite thumb polysaecharide on T-lymphocyto subsets and NK cell of the rats in ,our weeks high intensity traiing. Methods: Male SD rats were randomly assigned control group and pure training group and dioscorea thumb polysaccharide training group. Pure training group and dioscorea thumb polysaccharide training group perform the high intensity training . Dioseorea opposita thunb polysaccharide training were given dioseorea opposita thunb polysaccharide supplement. Control group and pure training group were given physiological saline supplement. Result: After 4 weeks compared with control group the CD3^+ %, CD4^+ %, CD4^+/CD8^+ and NK cell,activities of pure training group were decreased significant changes(p〈0. 01). There was no significant change in CD8^+%(p〉0.05). Compared with pure training group the CD3^+% (P〈0. 05) ,CD4^+%(P〈0. 01),CD4^+/ CD8^+ (P〈0. 05)and NK cell, activities of dioscorea opposita thunb polysaceharide training group were increased significant changes. There was no significant changes in CD8^+% ( p〉 0.05). Conclusion : Long-time high intensity training obviously represses the immune system of bodys, but dioscorea opposita thunb polysaccharide can prevent the repression.
