摘要
本文就山药多糖的理化性质及其对免疫器官、细胞免疫、体液免疫和抗氧化、抗肿瘤等生物学活性作一综述，旨在论述山药多糖作为一种新型饲料添加剂的可能性和优越性。
In order to prove the possibility and advantage of using Chinese yam polysaccharide as a new type of feed additive, the physicochemical properties and biological activities of Chinese yam polysaccharide on immune organ, cellular immunity and humoral immunity, antioxidation and antitumor are reviewed in this article.
