摘要 海藻硫酸多糖可增强正常小鼠体内外淋巴细胞增殖反应。促进小鼠体内淋巴细胞产生白介素2.巨噬细胞产生白介素1.对正常小鼠自然杀伤细胞活性和溶血素生成等也有较好的促进作用。对由环磷酰胺所致免疫低下小鼠的淋巴细胞增殖反应。迟发型超敏反应及溶血素生成有较好的恢复作用。 The enhancing effect of marine algaesulfated polysaccharides (MSP) on the activities ofimmune responses was investigated.It was found thatMSP promoted the lymphocyte proliferation either invitro or in vivo,and increased interleukinZ secretionfrom murine lymphocyte and interleukin─1 frommurine peritoneal macrophages.In the meantime. italso could augment natural killer activity and the pro-duction of hemolysin of murine lymphocyte.Moreover. it could restore the immune functions ofimmunosuppressed mice caused by cyclophosphamide.including lymphocyte prolifration,delayed typehypersensitivity and the production of hemolysin.Theresults suggest that MSP would be a new kind ofsulfated polysaccharides significantly enhanced theimmune responses.
