摘要
采用"主观幸福感量表"、"SCL-90症状自评量表"和"PARS-3体育活动等级量表",测查315名高校青年教师的主观幸福感、心理健康和体育活动情况。结果表明:体育锻炼对主观幸福感的影响主要表现在负性情感和正性情感方面,对心理健康的影响主要表现在焦虑和抑郁因子方面。运动量主要是通过锻炼持续周期对教师主观幸福感和心理健康产生影响,锻炼持续周期是影响高校教师主观幸福感和心理健康的决定性因素。在同等锻炼持续周期下,中等运动量的影响效应较好。SCL-90因子对幸福感指标有不同程度的影响,其中对负性情感影响最大,主观幸福感指标对SCL-90因子有一定的解释力,其中对抑郁的解释力最高,但其影响和解释力较小。
Using Scale of Subjective Happiness,SCL-90 Scale of Symptom Self-assessment,PARS-3 Scale of PE Activity Grade,the study investigates and assesses the subjective happiness,psychological health and PE activities of 315 college teachers.It concludes that the influences of physical exercise on subjective happiness take an manifestation in negative and positive emotion;influences on psychological health manifest in terms of anxiety and depression.Influence of exercise amount on subjective happiness and psychological health is made mainly through period of oontinuous exercise which works as a d^-Zsive factor. With similar period of continuous exercise, middle amount of exercise has more positive influence. Elements in SCL-90 Scale of symptom self-assessment has different affect on index subjective happiness, stronger influence on negative emotion. Index of subjective happiness can explain dements in SCL-90 Scale, more on depression, less on anxiety.
