摘要
采用SCL - 90和PARS - 3量表对全国 4 0处院所的在读研究生进行了测量 ,并对研究生的体育锻炼量与心理健康之间的关系进行了分析。结果发现 :1) 30 %的研究生有心理问题 ,并且随年级的增高心理问题加速增多 ,呈现出“U”型特征 ;2 )研究生的心理健康问题具有明显的性别与年级差异 ;3)一定程度的身体锻炼量可以有效地提升研究生的心理健康水平 。
The master students in reading are randomly chosen to study the relationship between their psychological health and exercise-doing by means of SCL-90 and PARS-3. The results indicate that (1) 30% of the master students have psychological problems, which are on the increase compared with students of Grade one and students of Grade three, which presents the U-type characteristic; (2) The mental problems differ in sexes and grades; (3) Physical exercises can improve effectively the psychological health. But there are different functions in each factor.
