摘要
大学校长是一个特殊的职业,从事这个职业的人必须具备的素质中,人文素质最为重要。要使中国的大学校长重新回归到职业教育家的本位上,真正拥有人文素质,就必须自觉从生活、专业、岗位和社会各方面去进行培养;就必须按照不同人的需求,有序和谐地进行不同层次的人文管理;就必须具有未来眼光,在人文主义和功利主义之间找到一个富有张力的平衡点,更有效地实施人文教育。
As a special occupation, being a university president requires the humanistic quality. To realize the professional educator role of contemporary university presidents needs the cultivation from the perspectives of life, profession, position and society; it needs the humanistic management from different requirements and all levels; it also needs the foresight to find a balanced point between the humanism and the utilitarianism in order to implement the humanistic education more efficiently.
