摘要
大学校长的理想对如何办好一所大学有着重要的作用。大学校长的理想从实践中来 ,而要实现理想 ,必须具备相当的素质和才能 。
The idea of university plays a great role in running a university. This article deals with the idea of the top administrator-President in running a university in the light of following points: the pre-condition for the birth of new idea; how to put the idea into practice; how to co- ordinate some relations.
