摘要
围绕《食品工艺学》的教学内容、教学方法和实践教学,介绍了教学过程中的一些改革措施。通过这些改革,激发了学生的学习兴趣,使《食品工艺学》的课堂教学质量得到了提高。
Some reforms on the teaching content, teaching methods and experimental content of the course of food technology were introduced. Through these reforms, the interests of students were stimulated effectively and improved the teaching qualitiesof the course of food technology.
