摘要
采用正交试验设计,通过对桃花枝鲜重、水分平衡值、开花率、糖含量、蛋白质含量的测定,研究了不同保鲜剂对桃花采后衰老的生理特性应。结果表明:处理A3B3C2D1(8-HQ 150mg/L+青霉素600 mg/L+蔗糖40 g/L+AgNO334 mg/L)对延缓桃花的衰老有明显效果。
To optimize the preservation,this paper studied the keep-fresh effects of 8-HQ,Penicillin,sugar and AgNO3 on flower shoots in Prunus persica with orthogonal test of L9(34).It were investigated the fresh weight of flower shoots,the water balance value,the rate of blooming,soluble sugar and protein.The results showed that the prescription A3B3C2D1(8-HQ 150 mg/L+Penicillin 600 mg/L+sugar 40 g/L+AgNO3 34 mg/L)could remarkably delayed senescence of cut flowering shoots of Cutting-flower in Prunus persica.
