摘要
以‘馨口’腊梅为试材,研究了不同浓度CPPU处理对瓶插腊梅切花的开花率、水分平衡、花枝鲜重以及花蕾的可溶性总糖、可溶性蛋白质和过氧化物酶(POD)活性等指标的影响。结果表明:5mg/L的CPPU处理切花腊梅的开花效果理想,保鲜效果较好。
Using different concentrations of CPPU treatment for cutting-flower of Chimonanthus praecox(L.)Link,to obtain the best treatment concentration.The results showed that 5 mg/L concentration of CPPU treatment groups significantly effect the flowering buds,and fresh flowers had the most significant effect.
