摘要
分别从切花采后生理生化变化特征、切花保鲜技术以及化学保鲜剂的成分及其作用机制等 3个方面归纳分析了切花采后的研究进展 。
The paper reviews the research status of cut flowers postharvest, including the physiological and biochemical changes,preservative techniques, the ingredients of chemistry preservative solution and their functionary mechanism,in order to provide reference information for studying and techniques exploitation of the physiology and biochemistry of cut flowers postharvest.
