摘要
在极心变换数学理论的基础上,建立工程中轴类零件将圆度误差测量的数学模型,并依据所得到的数学模型建立数据分析程序,将该分析程序与数据采集系统相连,构成测量圆度误差系统并应用于实践,为进一步开发高精度的圆度误差测量系统奠定了基础。
Based on mathematical theory of polar center alternating, it establishes mathematic modeling that can measure roundness error of shaft parts in engineering, then establishes the data analysis program, and connecting it with data acquisition system, the analysis program is formed. The system of roundness error measurement is applied to practice, which gives a basis for further developing high accuracy system of measuring roundness errors.
