摘要
本文旨在提高在线检测系统的检测精度，对三点法在线测量系统的的测量误差源进行了分析，并提出了减小误差的具体措施。
In order to improve the accuracy of the system for 3-point on-line measurement,the analysis to causes of error of the measuring System has been made in this paper,and specific method for reducing the error has been suggested.
