This paper introduces a data acquisition and processing system for precise, dynamic and real - time detection of displacement variation, the system centred around single chip microcomputer,and AD574 converter with high quality is used. It also explains about the principle of the hardware structure and software design, the method of data acquisition and preprocessing is continued to introduce. The circuit with precision and high speed has a good performance and low price. Practice have proved the system practical and reliable.
