点阵Er:YAG激光治疗炎症后色素沉着疗效分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的评价点阵Er：YAG（2940 nm）激光治疗炎症后色素沉着的临床疗效。方法采用点阵Er：YAG激光治疗12例炎症后色素沉着患者,面积、严重程度,波长2940 nm,治疗间隔3~4周。结果所有患者均能耐受激光治疗。治疗次数为1~4次,随着治疗次数的增加,有效率逐渐提高。至所有疗程结束后有效率达83.3%。治疗后未发现色素沉着、瘢痕、萎缩及持续性红斑等不良反应。结论采用点阵Er：YAG激光治疗炎症后色素沉着疗效可靠,不良反应较少。
