摘要
实验筛选出表面活性剂TA83、PE2040、OS-15、JFC,通过正交试验研究了它们复配之后的脱水率和表面张力,得到最佳防乳助排剂FRP。考察了温度、FRP加量以及酸液添加剂等对脱水性能的影响。结果表明,在温度为60℃,FRP加量为100mg/L时,破乳率可达96%;当模拟酸液体系中加入0.5%FRP后,其表面张力可从62.1mN/m降至36.3mN/m;破乳率从32.0%上升至66.7%。岩心实验表明,注入FRP可以提高洗油率、增加储层渗透率。
In this paper,these surfactants TA83,PE2040,OS-15 and JFC were screened out,and through the orthogonal test we obtained cleanup additive FRP.The influence of temperature,FPR addition amount and acid additive to the dewatering performance were evaluated,the results showed that,when the temperature is 60℃,the concentration of FRP is 100mg/L,demulsification efficiency may achieve 96% after 180min;when the concentration of FRP is 0.5% in acid system,the surface tension can is reduced from 62.1mN/m to 36.3mN/m,and the demulsification efficiency can be raised from 32% to 66.7%.Core test showed that FRP not only can raise washing oil efficiency but also increase the reservoir permeability.
