摘要
为了解决高温下有机高分子型粘土防膨剂防膨率低的问题,将低分子阳离子化合物N-(丙烯酰胺基)丙基-N,N,N-三甲基氯化铵和具有润湿调节作用的γ-氨丙基三丙氧基甲硅烷按照10∶1的质量比复配,研制了复合型高温酸化用粘土防膨剂HA-1。其性能评价结果表明:在210℃恒温24h后,其防膨率仍保持80%以上;γ-氨丙基三丙氧基甲硅烷通过增加水对粘土颗粒表面的润湿角,使粘土表面亲水性减弱而有效抑制粘土膨胀。
In order to overcome the difficulty of low antiswelling efficiency of the clay antiswelling agent on organic high molecule type, the low-molecular-weight cationic compound N-(acryl amide) pro-pyl-N, N, N-trimethyl salmiac is combined with γ-aminopropyl-tripropocymonosilane with the ability of wettability adjustment by the mass ratio of 10: 1. Then a clay antiswelling agent used in high temperature acidizing HA-1 is obtained. Its properties indicate that the antiswelling efficiency is up to 80% after it is preserved in 210℃ for 24 hours, γ-aminopropyltripropocymonosilane could weaken the water wettability of clay surface to inhibit clay swelling by increasing the wetting angle of the water in clay grainsurface.
