摘要
针对渤海油田井底结垢现象比较突出的问题,文章详细分析比较了国内外酸化解堵的类型,最终选择了固体有机酸和固体无机酸复配的酸液体系.首先,通过测定不同浓度下酸液的溶垢效果,确定了复配酸的最佳配比为:10%有机酸A+5%无机酸B,然后根据有机酸A与铁锈的反应机理,在室内采用氨水调节体系的pH值,通过实验发现在pH值为3~4的范围内,能够最大程度的去除铁锈;其次,在室内按照静态挂片腐蚀率测定方法,评价了几种单一缓蚀剂及复配缓蚀剂对体系的缓蚀效果,发现复合型缓蚀剂0.05%硫脲+0.5 %HYH-201F对体系具有很好的缓蚀作用;最后,为了便于清洗液后期的返排,防止形成乳状液堵塞孔道,筛选出了表界面张力较低的助排浓缩液,最终得出无机垢清洗剂的基本配比为:10%有机酸A+5%无机酸B+1%助排浓缩液+0.05%硫脲+0.5 %HYH-201F.
In view of the inorganic scale problem presented in the Bohai oilfield downhole, this article performed a detailed analysis and comparison of all the types of domestic and foreign acidizing. At last the mixture of the solid organic acid A and inorganic solid acid B is chosen as the cleaning system.First,by measuring the dirt soluble effect with different concentrations of acid,the optimum proportion of the acid of the complex is determined as follows, 10 % organic acid A+5 % inorganic acid B. According to the mechanism of the reaction of citric acid and iron rust,ammonia is used to adjust the pH,and through experiments found that the best pH value to remove rust is within the range of 3~4. Secondly, in accordance with the static hanging piece corrosion testing method, several single inhibitors and the compositions are evaluated, and found that the compound inhibitor 0.05 % sulfourea +0.5 % OF-16 system has good corrosion inhibition effect.Finally,in order to totally flow back the workover fluids to prevent the formation of emulsions,the low interfacial tension cleanup concentrated liquid is filtered out,and eventually draw the basic ratio of inor-ganic scale dissolver,10 % organic acid A+5 % inorganic acid B+1% cleanup concentrat- ed liquid+0.05 % sulfourea +0.5 %HYH-201F.
