摘要
大港油田目前所用助排剂功能单一,且破乳效果不佳,无防膨功能,需另加破乳剂及防膨剂,造成材料成本高。采用阳离子表面活性剂、低碳醇、高碳醇和互溶剂等材料,研制了一种高效破乳型助排剂BGPZ,配方为:异丁醇、十二醇、主剂、乙二醇单丁醚质量比为5:2:40:12,在0.2%加量下,表面张力18.1 mN·m^(-1),界面张力0.2 mN·m^(-1),接触角78°,破乳率90%以上;在质量分数1%加量下,防膨率68%,配伍性好。先后在5口井上应用,结果表明BGPZ是一种性能优良的破乳型助排剂。
At present, the cleanup agent used in Dagang oilfield has poor demulsification effect and no clay stabilization function. Demulsifier and anti swelling agent need to be added additionally. In this paper, a high efficiency demulsifying-cleanup agent BGPZ was developed by using cationic surfactant, alcohol, higher alcohol and mutual solvent. The formula was determined as follows: m(isobutanol)∶m(dodecanol)∶m(main agent)∶m(glycol monobutyl ether)= 5∶2∶40∶12. At 0.2% mass fraction, the performance evaluation results showed that the surface tension was 18.1 mN·m^(-1), the interfacial tension reached 0.2 mN·m^(-1),the contact angle was 78°, the demulsification rate was more than 90%. At 1% mass fraction, the anti expansion rate was 68%, and the compatibility was good. It was successively applied in 5 wells, which showed the BGPZ was a demulsifying drainage aid with excellent performance.
