摘要
目的定量测定大肠癌组织和正常组织中核黄素。方法采集40例大肠癌手术切除的大肠组织,对其中的癌组织和边缘正常组织采用高效液相色谱仪定量检测核黄素含量。结果正常组织和癌组织中核黄素含量分别为(786±91)ng/g和(609±57)ng/g,癌组织中核黄素含量均低于边缘正常组织含量,P<0.001,差异有显著性。结论本方法简便,取样少、灵敏度高、精密度好、结果准确可靠,可以用于癌组织内核黄素含量的测定,对肿瘤自体荧光机制研究有重要意义。
[ Objective ] Quantitative determination of riboflavin in eolorectal carcinoma tissues and normal tissues. [Methods] The quantities of riboflavin in normal and cancer tissues collected from 40 patients of coloreetal carcinoma tissues were measured by HPLC. [ Results ] The mean quantity of riboflavin in cancer and normal tissue are (609±57) ng/g, (786±91) ng/g respectively. [ Conclusion] In the study of carcinoma fluorescence mechanism, the method can be used as an effective way to quantitative analysis riboflavin in carcinoma tissues for its characteristic of simple, sensitive, accurate and reliable.
