PLCE1及C20orf54与食管鳞状细胞癌发生的相关性研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 0引言食管鳞状细胞癌（esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,ESCC）是世界上常见的癌症之一,在中国居癌症死因的第四位[1-2]。食管鳞癌恶性程度高,病程进展迅速,易复发和转移,预后极差。早期食管癌无明显特异性症状,确诊时大多数已经发展为中晚期,手术效果差,5年生存率极低,
