摘要
用Ar+注入小麦花培5号的干种子。结果表明,M1代的生育期和农艺性状与对照差异不显著。M2代出现株高、穗长变异,变异率为0.2%,10个变异株经SSR鉴定,90对引物中有6对能扩增出特异带,突变点分别发生在2A、2D、3B、5A染色体上。10个变异株的M3代均发生严重的正向或负向分离,有利于筛选到特殊变异类型。
Dry seeds of HuaPei 5 Wheat were implanted by ion beam of Ar+ . The results showed that the growth date and agricultural characters of M1 had no significant difference compared with those of CK. In M2, there were variation forms of plant height and spike length. The variation rate was 0.2%. The SSR identification of 10 muta- tions showed that there were some special bands of PCR production using 6 primer pairs screened with 90 primer pairs. The variation points were in 2A,2D,3B,5A aegricorpus, respectively. In M3,10 variation plants isolated strongly, positive or negative,it was beneficial to find special variation forms.
