摘要
应用SSR技术鉴定了6个杂交水稻组合的种子纯度,并对其相应的不育系、保持系、恢复系进行SSR多态性分析,结果筛选出10对多态性、特异性较好的引物,利用这些引物进行SSR纯度检测,结果都可以较好地区分杂交组合和父母本,尤以引物RM 587、RM 11为佳,所有杂交组合均表现父母本条带的完全互补型,很适合用作杂交种纯度鉴定,在每个组合100粒单种子的鉴定中,SSR纯度检测达98%,与田间鉴定纯度98.8%相接近。
In this paper, seed purities of six rice cultivars were tested by SSR, And corresponded to his sterile line, its maintainer line, restorer line by SSR. the results showed that 10 pairs of primer' s polymorphisms were better than others, exceptionally primer RM 587 and RM 11, It could distinguish all restorer lines and most sterile lines effectively. The bands of hybrid rice were completely complementary types of their parents, which were adapted to examine purity of hybrid rice seed. In SSR identification with 100 single seed,The purity was 98%, which were approximate to their field purity(98.8% respectively). It suggested that SSR technique has wide prospective in variety authentication and purity identification.
