摘要
美国运输政策变迁经历了三个阶段:(1)扩大运输能力的运输阶段;(2)调整运输结构的运输政策阶段;(3)促进运输业可持续发展的运输政策阶段。本文主要介绍了美国在不同运输阶段采取的不同运输政策,总结美国的经验教训,对我国交通运输政策的制定提出了几点启示。
the development of transportation policy in the United States has gone through three stages ： （ 1 ） the stage for expansion of the transportation capacity ; （2） the stage for adjusting the structure of transportation ; （3） the stage for promoting the sustainable development in transportation. This paper mainly introduces different transportation policies in the United States at different times. Summing up the experiences and lessons of the United States, we put forward some suggestions on the formulation on China＇s transportation policy.
