摘要
通过分析我国现行公路集装箱运输政策存在问题,依据产业政策的功能将公路集装箱运输政策体系的构建划分为支持性、引导性和发展性政策3个板块。
Through analyzing on the problems existing in Chinese highway container transport policy at present, and according to the functions of the industrial policy, this paper divides the composition of the highway container transport policy system into three plates of supporting policy, guiding policy and developing policy.
