摘要
把精读课教学与学生批判性思维能力的培养相结合有利于改变英语专业教学中重语言技能训练、轻思维能力培养的现状。本文首先阐述了批判性思维的涵义、批判性思维教学的内容和方法,分析了精读教学中培养学生批判性思维的重要性,并结合教学案例着重探讨了如何把精读教学与批判性思维教学有效结合。
Critical thinking could be cultivated in the intensive reading course. This is an effective way of improving the thinking skills of English majors, which has long been neglected in the previous teaching mode focusing on the training of language skills. This paper first discusses the definitions of critical thinking and studies the teaching of critical thinking skills. Then, it shows how to foster such thinking by applying the critical thinking training skills in the intensive reading course.
