摘要
教师专业发展已成为国内外教师教育研究的热点问题之一。本文探讨了促进教师专业发展的另一种新理念——教师专业发展中的"共生效应"。要产生教师专业发展中的"共生效应",需要激活教师的共生意识,构建有利于形成教师专业发展中"共生效应"的机制,创造有利于形成教师专业发展中"共生效应"的良机。
This paper discusses a new idea of teacher professional development the ＂＇symbiotic effect＂. To achieve this goal, the teachers＇ symbiotic awareness must be triggered, enabling mechanism constructed, and expedient opportunities created.
