摘要
近年来,少数民族地区的师范教育有了较大发展,但英语师范生的教学能力总体偏弱,英语师范生存在学习动机欠佳、基本外语能力较弱、课程设置不合理、理论实践相脱节等原因。基于此,文章提出了基于U-G-S共生性合作的少数民族地区英语师范生教学能力培养策略,从目标设定、课程设置、师资建设和实践平台等四个方面展开论述,旨在探索提高少数民族地区英语师范生教学能力、培养合格英语教育师资的有效途径。
In recent years,English education in ethnic minority areas has greatly developed,but English normal students’ educational practical abilities are relatively low in general,for the reasons of students’ lack of motivation,weak capabilities in English learning,the unreasonable curriculum setting,and the little contact between normal colleges and primary and middle schools.In order to solve these problems,this study puts forward a strategy of training the pedagogical abilities of English normal students in ethnic minority areas based on U-G-S Symbiotic Cooperation.Discussing from four aspects of goal setting,curriculum setting,staff construction,and practice platforms,it aims at seeking effective ways to improve the pedagogical abilities of English normal students in ethnic minority areas.
