摘要
构建和谐社会是人类孜孜以求的社会理想,“马太效应”作为人类社会自生自发的,以损不足、奉有余为原则的,以正反馈方式运行的资源利益调节机制,对和谐社会的构建既有积极作用,也有许多负面影响。因此,构建和谐社会必须关注“马太效应”,对其取利避害。在当前,能否有效控制“马太效应”已成为我国能否顺利构建和谐社会的关键。
