面向新型墙材领域的综合自动化系统和技术研究

RESEARCH ON THE SYNTHETICALLY AUTOMATIC SYSTEM AND TECHNOLOGY FOR THE NEW WALL MATERIALS

摘要 在国家节能减排政策的推动下,新型墙体材料的使用量增长迅速,生产过程自动化在现代墙材行业的发展中占据了举足轻重的地位。面向新型墙材成套装备构建的综合自动化系统,具有网络化、开放性的特点,提出的控制和数据管理模式可满足新型墙材生产过程自动化的高性能、低成本的要求,用以解决绝大多数的墙材中小企业面临的实际问题,提高劳动生产率,降低能耗和生产成本。 Pushed by the country policy about energy conservation, the usage amounts of new walt material promptly increases, the production automation has occupied a decisive position in the development of modern wall material industry. The synthetical automation system in the complete set producing the new wall material is constructed for resolving real problems of most wall peanuts frontage, which is with the characteristic of network-rization and opening nature, some control and data management pattern are provided to realize the high-performance and low cost of production automation in the new wall material, and improve productivity, reduce energy consumption and production cost.
