摘要
以铜尾矿为主要原料,经过加压成型、蒸压养护制成承重标准砖,尾矿用量占固体原料总质量的85%,产品抗压强度16.1MPa,抗折强度3.8MPa,干燥收缩性能和冻融性合格。对影响产品性能的几个重要因素,包括成型压力、物料含水率和养护制度等进行了研究探讨。
A kind of load bearing autoclaved bricks were manufactured with copper tailings as main composition, accounting for 85% of the total raw materials. Its compression strength obtained 16.1MPa, and bending strength was 3.8MPa. Its dry shrinking and freezing and thawing property were all up to grade.
