摘要
考虑到新型墙体材料整厂整线工程的多样性和管控一体化要求,提出了面向新型墙体材料生产线的远程监控组态平台的组成及功能模块,并论述了面向新型墙体材料生产线的远程监控系统重构技术、功能模块即插即用的支持机制、多通讯协议的重构方法、通讯方式转换与管理技术和管控集成化功能等关键技术.最后用VC++和SQL Server开发了远程监控组态平台.
Taking diversity and intergartion of management and control for integrated engineering of new wall material production line into account, the construction and function modules of remote monitoring configuration platform have been pro- posed in this paper. And the key technologies,such as configuration technology of remote monitoring system,supporting mechanism for plug and play of function module, configurable method of multi - communication protocols, transformation and management technology of communicatin method, and integrated function of management and control, have been analyzed. Finally using VC＋＋＋ and SQL Server, remote monitoring configuration platform has been developed.
