摘要
目的探讨家长参与肺炎婴幼儿护理对家长为患儿拍背吸痰依从性的影响。方法按婴幼儿入院顺序对入选的患儿家长编号,根据随机数字表分成观察组和对照组,各63例,观察组实施家长参与护理模式,而对照组实施传统单向性的护理模式。结果两组患儿家长参与护理的程度及对患儿吸痰依从性比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论家长参与护理模式能更有效地提高家长对患儿吸痰的依从性。
Objective To explore the influence of the interactive nursing model on parents＇ compliance with suction among pneumonia infants. Methods The parents were divided into obseivation group and control group randomly （ n = 63 in each group）. The observation group received the interactive nursing care, while the control group received traditional nursing care. Results The degree of parents＇ involvement in nursing care and the compliance of suction in observation group were significantly higher than in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Compared with the traditional nursing, interactive nursing model is more effective in improving the parents＇ compliance of suction.
