摘要
目的了解住院患者静脉输液速度的遵医依从性情况并分析原因。方法利用自行设计的调查表,对315名正在使用普通输液器输液的患者进行问卷调查。结果不同护理级别、输液相关知识掌握程度不同的住院患者静脉输液速度遵医依从性差异具有统计学意义,不同性别、年龄、文化程度的患者遵医依从性差异无统计学意义。结论加强对患者的输液相关知识宣教及输液巡视,提高患者静脉输液速度遵医依从性,减少因患者静脉输液速度的遵医依从性问题影响治疗效果,甚至引发护患纠纷或医疗事故。
Objective To investigate the inpatients＇ compliance with infusion speed and analyze the reasons. Method A self - designed questionnaire was used to investigate 315 inpatients with common intravenous infusion. Results The patients＇ nursing levels and knowledge about intravenous infusion were related to the inpatients＇ compliance with infusion speed. There was no significant difference among inpatients with different sex,age and educational level. Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen the education and observation of intravenous infusion for the inpatients to improve their compliance with infusion speed, and reduce the nursing disputes or medical errors due to unexpected treatment effect resulted from low compliance.
