摘要
采用硫酸二乙酯对啤酒酵母出发菌株SY-8进行化学诱变,通过不同硫源鉴别培养基的反复筛选,得到适量高产SO2的菌株MS-10。发酵实验结果显示MS-10的SO2生成量在25mg/L左右,与原始出发菌株相比有很大提高,其遗传物质经RAPD分析,与出发菌株SY-8相比也有较大差异,是1株适量高产SO2的新菌株。
S. cerevisiae strain SY-8 was treated with DES (diethyl sulfate) for chemical mutatin. Strain MS-10 was obtained after screening with medium contained different sulfur sources. Yield of SO2 by MS-10 was about 25 mg/L, which is much more than strated SY-8. MS-10 is a new strain with high capacity of SO2 yield. MS-10 has significantly different genetic sequences from SY-8 analyzed with RAPD.
