紫外诱变原生质体选育发酵乳清高产酒精的克鲁维酵母 被引量:9

摘要 以紫外诱变原生质选育法筛选发酵乳清高产酒精菌株马克斯克鲁维酵母菌株ZR-20。采用3因素3水平的正交试验对发酵条件进行优化,结果表明,其适宜的发酵工艺条件为:温度28℃,pH值4.9,接种量2×107个/mL;该条件下发酵96 h酒精产率达到4.2%,比优化前的酒精产率提高10.5%,较出发菌株提高了68%。 K.Marxianus ZR-20 of high-alcohol-yield was screened by UV-irradiation of protoplasts. The fermentation conditions were optimized by three-factor and three-level orthogonal experiments. The results suggested that the optimal technical conditions were as follows: temperature at 28 ℃, pH value as 4.9 and incubation amount 2×10^7. Under such conditions, alcohol yield could reach 4.2 % after 96 h fermentation, 10.5 % increase than that before technical optimization and 68 % increase than that fermented by original strain.
