摘要
报道了一种改良的分离纤维素分解菌的刚果红鉴别培养基,在此培养基上产纤维素酶的菌落周围可产生清晰的红色水解圈,若将待测菌株在此鉴别培养基上传代一次再进行测试,水解圈效果更明显。该培养基对于纤维素分解菌的初筛具有良好的效果。
This paper reported a new Congo red differential medium which can conveniently segregate cellulose decomposing microorganisms. The colonies of cellulose decomposing microorganisms, having secreted cellulase, are surrounded by some distinct red zones in the medium and can be easily distinguished from colonies of other types of microorganisms. If the microorganisms multiply one time in this medium, the effect of colonies is clearer. This medium has good effect to cellulose decomposing microorgnisms?preliminary ricing.
