摘要
对铝合金中B的加入对Zr在合金中的存在形态和相组成的影响以及B对合金中Zr的影响机理进行了分析。结果表明,B的加入使合金中的部分Zr由固溶态转变为析出态,以细小的板片状第二相粒子的形态存在于晶粒内部和晶界处,减少了晶格畸变,改善了Al基体的有序性,这会对合金导电性的改善产生有益影响。
Effects of B addition on morphology and phase constituent of Zr in the aluminum alloy and its working mechanism were described. The results reveal that some Zr is converted from solid solution phase into fine secondary platelet existing in grain and on grain boundary with B addition, which is beneficial for the improvement of electric conductivity of the A356 alloy by reducing the lattice distortion and improving the orderly degree of Al matrix.
