摘要
入世后,检察机关的执法观念将面临全新的改变,知识结构急需拓宽,审查起诉工作更加繁重,反贪污贿络工作更加尖锐,法律监督工作亟待加强。检查机关要树立机遇意识,与时俱进。在执法过程中,不仅保护国家集体利益,还要注意保护个人利益。不仅要保护本国公民、法人及其他组织的合法权益,还要保护外国公民、法人其他组织的合法权益。
The procuratorate's legal concept will be faced with the completely new change after entering WTO . The knowledge structure urgently need to be widened and the examining suit work is heavier. The anti-bribery work is more sharp.The legal supervision is eager to be strengthene.The opportunity concept should be set up,promptly,.In handling cases,it is necessary not only to protect the national interest,but also to the presonal,legal partyand collective interest ;not only to protect native interests ,but also the foreign's.
