摘要
研究了Ti对含有Zr和B的耐热导电铝合金微观组织和性能的影响。结果表明,在耐热导电铝合金中加入Ti,Ti和Zr、B形成复合粒子(Ti,Zr)B2。因(Ti,Zr)B2晶格常数较ZrB2小,使铝基体的畸变能减小,基体的有序性增加,使铝合金的电导率提高。调整B的含量,使B与Ti+Zr的摩尔比达到2:1以上,同时避免Ti过量,铝合金的电导率会进一步提高。
Effects of Ti on microstructure and properties of heat resistant conductive aluminum alloy contained Zr and B were investigated.The results show that,with Ti addition,compound(Ti,Zr)B2 phase is formed with Zr and B in the alloy.Distortion of Al matrix is decreased and order in Al matrix is increased as a result of lattice constant of(Ti,Zr)B2 phase lower than ZrB2,improving the conductivity of Al alloy.Through adjusting B content,the molar ratio of B via Ti+B is more than 2:1 in the absence of excessive Ti,further improving the conductivity of the Al alloy.
