摘要
以胭脂花为试验材料,主要对胭脂花种子的形态以及发芽特性进行了研究,以期找到最适合种子储存和发芽的环境条件,为胭脂花种子的储藏播种、引种育种工作及其园林应用提供科学的理论依据。结果表明:胭脂花的种子细小,种子千粒重(0.148±0.006)g;5℃的低温储存条件更容易保持其生活力且寿命较长,为8-9个月;胭脂花种子发芽的最适温度在20℃;经200 mg·L^-1赤霉素处理后,发芽率最高,且发芽整齐。
In this paper, germination characteristic of the seeds was studied with P. maximowi-ofi. With a view to find the most suitable seed storage and germination conditions so that provide the scientific and theoretical basis for storage sowing, introduction and application of breeding and landscape application. The results showed that seeds of P. maximowiofi were small and the weight of thousand seeds was (0. 148±0. 006) g; Low temperature (5 ℃) storage condition was more easily to maintain viability and longer life of the seeds. Seeds could be maintained 8-9 months. The optimum temperature of seed germination was at 20 ℃. By 200 mg· L^-1 gibberellic acid (GA) treatment, the germination rate was the highest and germination was uniform.
